What if the size is off within 45 days?
Wear them and wash them. Email your order number and the size you need within 45 days, and we send the new size free of charge.
Does a bigger size also mean a longer foot?
Yes. Stepping up a calf size comes with a longer, roomier footbed.
How many hours are they meant to stay on?
Most people keep them on for a workday, about 7 to 11 hours, then take them off before sleep unless a clinician said otherwise.
How firm is the squeeze?
Knee-high pairs are 18–25 mmHg, firmer at the ankle and lighter through the calf. Ankle pairs are a lighter 11 mmHg.
How should a pair be washed?
Turn them inside out. Machine wash at 30°C / 86°F. Skip bleach and the dryer, then lay them flat.
